Financial Information

Tuition is calculated based on the number of credit hours a student registers. Tuition and fees are subject to change but not without notification.

Registration, Tuition & Fees

Students must pre-register for the next semester. When students are re-enrolled on time, they will then guarantee the availability of the books, stationery and courses that they plan to register for the next semester. Priority registration is granted to our current, returning students.

The semester tuition fees are paid in installments as determined by the business office. Students are expected to pay the tuition fees on time and before the deadline indicated on each payment stub to avoid late payment fees.

Regulations Related to Fees

The student activity fee, registration fee, library fee, sports/laboratory fees/breakage fee, application fees, a handbook fee, reconstruction fee, computer fee, Alumni fee and late fees are non-refundable.

  • A student will be entitled to 25 percent of tuition if he/she drops out or withdraws within the first week following the official closure of registration, whether he/she has attended classes or not;
  • No refund will be given to a student if he/she drops out or withdraws at least one week after classes begin. Students who have been dismissed from the college for disciplinary reasons will not be entitled to any refund of fees.
  • Each student who registration has been completed will be considered a student of the college during the term for which he/she is registered unless he/she connection with the college is officially served by withdrawal or for other reasons.
